It expands on the lore and content of the original Karazhan from World of Warcraft, which was once the stronghold of Medivh, the last Guardian of Tirisfal. In Turtle WoW, this raid represents the upper halls of Karazhan, designed to be a challenging end-game experience that surpasses the difficulty of Naxxramas, another prominent raid in the vanilla WoW ecosystem.

Differences between Lower Karazhan Halls

Unlike the Lower Karazhan Halls (a 10-player raid) and Karazhan Crypt (a 5-player dungeon), both of which are also custom additions in Turtle WoW, the Tower of Karazhan requires a larger group and an attunement process to enter. Players must obtain the Upper Karazhan Tower Key through a lengthy quest chain, which includes tasks like "The Key to Karazhan" series, to gain access. This raid features new encounters, bosses, and a unique Tier 3.5 armor set. It offers rewards and legendary titles such as "Bane of the Nathrezim" or "Conqueror of Desolation" for those who conquer its challenges
