Did you recently start playing WoW and searching for more information about professions? Feel free to check our informational blog here below, this time, we will tell you something about Engineering skills and how to level it. Please keep in mind that this guide is meant for WoW Classic players
Engineering is a crafting profession in World of Warcraft that allows players to create a wide variety of useful items, including bombs, guns, and gadgets. To level up your engineering skill, follow these steps:
- Learn the profession: Speak to an engineering trainer in one of the major cities in the game to learn the profession.
- Gather materials: To craft items, you will need to gather various types of metal bars, such as copper, bronze, iron, and mithril, as well as other materials like cloth, gems, and leather. These materials can be obtained through mining, skinning, and purchasing from vendors.
- Craft items: Open your profession window and craft items that are appropriate for your skill level. As you craft items, your skill level will increase.
- Repeat: Keep crafting items and gathering materials until you reach the maximum skill level of 300.
- Specialization: Once you reach skill level 300, you can specialize in either Gnomish or Goblin Engineering and continue to increase your skill level with recipes specific to that specialization.
- Repeatable quests: Many Engineering quests are available to players that will give them recipes and materials, so completing them will help to level up faster.
- Keep in mind that leveling up your engineering skill will also require a lot of time and gold. Be prepared to invest in both if you want to become a master engineer.
- Also, many engineering items are also bind-on-pickup, which means that you can't trade or sell them, so it's important to be mindful of what you craft, especially if you are leveling engineering to sell items on the auction house.
- Try to focus on crafting items that you can use yourself or sell to other players to make the leveling process more efficient.
