Housing in New World Guide

Let's talk about how to get your own house.

First house you can buy at level 15, second at level 35 and third at level 55.
For buying a house you need to reach level 10 of territory standing.

There are several types of houses. They are different in layouts and interior filling.
Also, houses have quality Tiers like other items in the game

Tier 1: Territory standing 10, Fast travel cooldown 4 hours, 1 storage place, 4 lights, and 5 pets. Price 5000 coins and minimal tax is 250 coins
Tier 2: Territory standing 15, Fast travel cooldown 3 hours, 2 storage places, 6 lights, and 6 pets. Price 10000 coins and minimal tax is 500 coins
Tier 3: Territory standing 20, Fast travel cooldown 2.5 hours, 3 storage places, 8 lights, and 7 pets. Price 15000 coins and minimal tax is 750 coins
Tier 4: Territory standing 30, Fast travel cooldown 2 hours, 4 storage places, 10 lights, and 8 pets. Price 20000 coins and minimal tax is 1000 coins

I have specified here minimal tax prices, but in reality, it is dependent on the governor. He can increase taxes a bit.
So housing is a must-have investment in the New World, but it is not cheap!

In New World, you can be the owner of several houses.
You can change their interior and trophies will give you buffs. I will try to specify some of them

Each trophy in New World you can obtain by crafting on from Trading Post.

Ancient Combat trophy - gain damage against Ancients and skeletal creations. It can be 2, 3, or 4 tiers.

Angry Earth trophy - gain damage against Angry Earth and their nature creations. Aswell 2, 3, or 4 tiers.

Corrupted Combat trophy - gain damage against Corrupted enemies. Can be 2, 3, or 4 tiers.

Lost Combat trophy - gain damage against Lost enemies. Can be 2, 3, or 4 tiers.

Also in New World, you can get a trophy for every Trade Skill. Every crafting Trading Skill trophy will give you a gearscore for crafted items. And for refining or gathering, you will receive Luck.

As you can see I specify storage places. And yes you can place a chest! It will increase your storage space by X.

Tier 1 Hewn Log Storage Chest - 200 storage increase
Tier 1 Old Wood Storage Chest - 225 storage increase
Tier 1 Mossy Rock Storage Chest - 225 storage increase
Tier 2 Iron Rock Storage Chest - 300 storage increase
Tier 2 Stone Storage Chest - 325 storage increase
Tier 2 Hunter Storage Chest - 325 storage increase
Tier 3 Hope Storage Chest - 400 storage increase
Tier 3 Dynasty Storage Chest - 400 storage increase
Tier 3 Booty Storage Chest - 400 storage increase
Tier 4 Golden Storage Chest - 500 storage increase
Tier 4 Polished Marble Storage Chest - 525 storage increase
Tier 4 Cursed Storage Chest - 525 storage increase

Housing is very helpful but expensive. And if you don't have a lot of time for farming coins it will be a problem paying weekly taxes.
